15th November, 2008 - As a modern coffee shop Yan Coffee Break is a founder of Barista Academy Bulgaria.

With the purpose to create and popularize the coffee culture in Bulgaria, our team decided to present it in an attractive and pleasant way in front of the personnel and clients. For this we invited the barista specialist Robert Henry, who trained our barmen to work fully effective and to make an artistic Late Art show in front of the clients. Everything is accessible and visible for the guests by specially installed displays, from which you can see what is happening behind the bar.
