Between 16th and 26th of June in Yan Coffee Break, Grand Mall Varna, Coffee Academy was held with the participation of  Robert Henry. There were unique demonstrations in front of our visitors, where Yan Coffee Break stuff under the expert guidance of Robert Henry created Art in each cup of Latte.

Robert Henry, founder of Another Cup in 2004, has devoted his career to creating great brands and delivering great training within coffee industry. But he fell in love with the magic of coffee more than 12 years ago.

Robert Henry is one of the most experienced trainers of the London School of Coffee. In the past few years he has run one of the most popular courses "How to Start a Coffee Shop", covering all aspects of the coffee business and barista skills. Besides training to baristas, Another Cup provides space planning, unit design, light and heavy equipment advice, and full project management to customers opening new cafes and bars.

Here is what Robert Henry said to all of us:

"I like people.

I like coffee.

Coffee and people go together. This is good, as I drink at least 10 espressos a day. It’s not a lot, as I’m in the coffee business, but the way people take their coffee tells me a lot about them.

Coffee has been my life for more than 10 years. It’s taken me on a journey around the world. It’s seen me spend summers in Spain, carnivals in Brazil, Christmas in Sydney, and Valentines Day in Paris.

I’ve learnt a lot about coffee, but it’s taught me a lot too. It’s taught me that it’s more than a drink - it’s a custom and a way of life for millions of people. We drink it together - we talk, we laugh, we cry - over our coffees.

We share good news… we gossip… we relax… all with a cup of the black gold.

Bulgaria is about to embark on the new coffee culture. I want to take that journey with you. Let me be your guide, whilst teaching me the Bulgarian way. We will travel this road together, and introduce a coffee culture to your shores.
